In 2021 I got in touch with Yeat via instagram.

He was live on instagram and at this point he had around 50K followers. In the instagram live he had shared his email to have producers send beats. I sent a few beats right away, I had been waiting for this moment for a few months so I had beats ready that were perfect for him. He opened my email with beats while still being live and played 1, while playing it he said something like ''this is crazy'' and less than a second later he shut down the live.

Right when the live had stopped I sent him a message on instagram. This took place in the morning April 14, 2021. Later that day around 3 o'clock he asked for my number. He sent me the track he had made called ''With Tha Gods'' Which was hosted by soundcloud page hitechsteff (the song is now offline but is still on youtube).

In the following months I kept sending beats via imessage, I didn't get any songs back for a while until I got the song ''rokstar''. Yeat said he was going to put it on his album ''up 2 me''. later that week snippets came online. Yeat really started getting attention now and rappers like Drake started posting his music on instagram stories after his album up 2 me was released. Before up 2 me was released, yeat signed with interscope records (a sublabel of Universal Music group). I had to get a lawyer to sign a 15 long page contract to make sure I didn't get screwed by Universal Musics lawyers. There are two other co producers on the song who made the melody of the song, I made the beat and the arrangement.

Right now the song has over 40 million streams on spotify.
